This privacy policy describes how Wander, developed by Parkline Interactive, LLC, handles user data. If you have any questions, contact us at info@parklineinteractive.com.
Wander requests access to the following data through the Meta Platform:
Your username and profile picture are retrieved from Meta and displayed to other players during multiplayer sessions so that participants can identify each other. This information exists only in the active session and is not retained by Wander.
Your Meta User ID may appear in automatically generated crash and error logs collected via Firebase Crashlytics. These logs exist solely to help us diagnose application crashes and provide technical support. The User ID is used as a pseudonymous identifier in these logs and cannot be linked by us to any personal information such as your name or email address.
Wander does not sell, trade, or transfer your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties. Crash and error logs are processed through Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, solely for the purpose of crash reporting and diagnostics. No user data is shared for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your username and profile picture are visible to other players during multiplayer sessions as part of normal gameplay.
Wander does not collect or use any real-world geographic location data.
User Profile data (username and profile picture) is fetched from Meta in real time for display during multiplayer sessions and is not stored by Wander.
Crash and error logs containing your pseudonymous User ID are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. Wander does not maintain any additional copies of this data.
If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your account prior to automatic expiration, please contact us at info@parklineinteractive.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@parklineinteractive.com and we will promptly delete it.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post a notice in the application and update the date above.
